Re: Inner Skiing

Dear Ian,

I was interested in your posting and the possibilities.  I had considered trying to attend one of the Warren Smith Academies in either Saas Fee (Summer) or Verbier (Winter).

I would like to register my interest.

I ‘googled’ your name again and found that I'd already seen the reference to Inner Game Courses in the past at Ferme de Montagne, my most recent checks at Ferme had not indicated that this was still a possibility. So I’m pleased to have made contact.

Whilst registering an interest there are of course many logistical and financial ifs and buts for me to commit. If we can generate some more forum activity on this thread over the next few months others may show an interest and create a critical mass to consider running something.

I’ve also been to the Tamworth and Manchester snowdomes in the past and whilst this is not the same as a week in the Alps, these snowdomes do run coaching days. For example, ‘Parallel in a Day’ or ‘Carve in a Day’. Warren Smith run one or two days there as well.  I’m not sure of the logistics of getting access to the facilities to run an Inner Game Ski session in the UK as a taster? Anyway, another option.

Very much look forward to seeing the forum develop and whether these options can be pursued.

With thanks
