Andy Knibbs

Hi, this is Andy from Inner Works Coaching. After training together for the past 6 years, last year we launched our flagship course, Coaching for Self Belief (which is our current runner) with great success! The course was delivered to The English Cricket Board, England Basketball, the British Tennis Coaches Association, and various County Sports Partnerships. The course explains clearly the principles of the Inner Game and how these are applied with great effect, using performer-centred coaching skills. As a tutor on these courses it was fascinating to hear from coaches in other sports and to learn how the principles might be incorporated into their coaching practice. It was also interesting to see how candidates applied performer-centred coaching skills in their practices and to recognise that our courses DO fill a skill gap in this area, in addition to having a model of coaching to hang questions from.

My passion in setting up and tutoring on our courses is to help anyone who works with children develop the skills and knowledge that will enable them to help their young players increase their self-belief and understanding that they have  limitless potential in anything that they do.

I look forward to being part of this forum.

Best regards,

Andy
